Shipping Time
1-9 business days (depending on whether an item is stock or a custom order)
Estimated Shipping Times
- Canada : 1 - 9 business days
- United States : 10 - 14 business days
- We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Processing Time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Stock Items: 3-5 days to process for shipping. Custom items: Estimated at 5-7 days or 3-5 days from when draft of project is approved by the customer.
Basic Shipping: Allow 5-10 business days from shipping date for arrival.
Canada & US
- $10 on orders up to $50
- $20 on orders up to $100
- Free shipping on orders over $100
International: Allow at least 15 days for arrival
- $20 on orders up to $20
- $40 on orders up to $250
- Free shipping on orders over $250

Returns
Stock Items
We do not accept returns, but do offer exchange or store credit. Please contact us and we will make it right by either replacing the piece or offering another solution.
Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of these items we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Please review the draft carefully for correct date, spelling and details before approving them. We will only proceed on your project after the draft has been approved. If we have made an error we will be accountable!
